Metrolite Industries Social Inclusion Policy

Metrolite Industries works to enable people with disabilities to participate fully in employment; we are able to do this whilst supporting those who face the greatest barriers when seeking employment. Our goal is to develop disabled people to gain unsupported employment long-term whilst maintaining through business management systems, quality products and services.

Metrolite Industries has been involved with regeneration programmes throughout the North West of England for many years and are keen to continue to work with partners in projects.

With our links to those facing the greatest obstacles to engagement in employment and the partnerships developed with businesses and organisations throughout the UK who share our ethos, Metrolite Industries is best placed to deliver social inclusion in all its contracts.
